Polish Pods?

Image
Polish Pods? So, Sephora has come out with this really neat new way to apply polish on the go - but is it really worth the money? How fast does this polish dry? Is it really as easy as they say it is to put on? After watching  this video by Refinery29  about Sephora's Formula X Press Pods, I am definitely intrigued and want to try out one of these polish pods! If anything, just to say that I have.  Check out the product article , video and polish pods and share your thoughts on this travel savvy product! If you want to order your own polish Press Pods check them out at  Sephora.com .  Be Radiant! Amanda #fiftytwoweeksofnails @theradiantamanda

It's not all about the neons this summer!

Image
It's not all about the neon this summer! Summer nail polish can almost almost be picked out by it "bright, neon, in-your-face hues". And while this is so very true, I have found myself this summer (when I am not painting my nails purple) going for more laid back colors or a nice subtle glitter polish instead.  After reading a Refinery29 article about Summer Color Trends  in make-up, I felt a little happier about nail color choices and a little less anti-summer neon color. In fact, some of this summer's hottest colors can even be worn into the fall and the winter!  Check out the article and let's hear what you think!! Have you used any colors like these this summer?  Be Radiant! Amanda #fiftytwoweeksofnails @theradiantamanda

A Pretty Good Infographic!

Image
A Pretty Good Infographic! So like I said in one of my other posts, I follow Refinery29 and receive their emails pretty frequently. In the email I got today there was a great article with an even greater Infographic!  Except for the second part on #10 about skipping the "swoop over the nail tip" (I recommend capping all nails whenever you put any layer of polish on) this Infographic is one to keep on hand to help you get a great flawless at home nail polish job. Check out the whole article  Here .  If you feel like you still need extra steps or more explanation for each step, feel free to check out my previous post  A Lasting at Home Mani .  Once you have done a manicure using these steps, I would love to show off your nails on the blog! So please share! Be Radiant! Amanda #fiftytwoweeksofnails @theradiantamanda
