Fifty-two Weeks of Marsala - India Welcome back everyone, for an exciting year of Fifty-Two Weeks of Marsala! Marsala is this year's color of the year and it is a beautiful earthy, redish, wine-ish color. It's purpose is to speak to our souls.  For the first week of the year, January 1st-10th, the color I chose to start us off with is a great Zoya color! India is a great dark red glitter polish that is simply amazing! It not only looked great, but it lasted, and went on so smooth! When I put India on I thought that I might need a second coat, but really I didn't. I only put a second coat on because it feels odd if I don't. For this manicure, I first put a layer of Zoya's base coat, followed by color, then ending with Zoya's top coat.  As I said before, this color lasts!!! After almost two weeks of wear and tear, most of nails are only chipped on the ends where I spend most of my time typing. HOLY COW! It's amazing! I have never had ...

Radiant Elana Wearing this color this week, the week of November 16th-22nd has been super great! Its an amazing color that somehow reminds me of strawberry flavored candies. I have no idea why, This week's color is a Julep color by the title of Elana. Inspired by a certain Honey Boo Boo? Maybe so...This color is fun and cute with a little bit of bling! I love it! Elana went on smooth (as smooth as glitter polish can go on) and the first coat was pretty thin. When I added the second coat, my eyes just lit up! This color was that great! The top coat finished it off and it dried within the hour! Gotta love fast drying polish! This color has been so much fun to wear! I frequent a local preschool to do art, and I got so many compliments on my nails! The kids totally loved this bright pink polish that is embedded with gold glitter. Some Radiant Vintage Violet with a dash of Tink-Her-Bell Better late than never right?! Sorry this past week's post is a bit late - such a hectic week for me! But here it is: This week's color of the week is a lovely combination of Two Ulta brand Salon Formula Nail Lacquer polishes.  The base coat color I chose to go along with our Radiant Orchid theme of the year is Vintage Violet . This polish color is so lovely! Vintage Violet is a pale pink creme polish that went on smooth as butter. It also dried really fast too!!! I give this polish an A++ on the fast drying time!  As well, as I look down upon my nails (almost a week later) I notice that I only have ONE chip in my polish! Holy Cow, isn't that great?! Fast drying and Long lasting.  As you can also see, this past week I was in the mood for a bit of sparkle on my nails. A Radiant Recipe for Love Hello friend! I am so excited for this week's post because it involves a trio of polishes! This past weekend when my mom and I visited Tyson's Corner to go shopping, I made it (finally) into a Nordstrom so I could pick up a bottle of Deborah Lippmann to try. Low and behold! They were having their biggest sale and this trio was one of the anniversary sale items! What luck, right? Well, it gets better. This polish is AMAZING! I have thoroughly enjoyed playing around and creating my own "recipe for love" with this polish trio.  The first polish in the "Recipe for Love" trio box is Deborah Lippmann's Let's Stay Together . Lemme tell ya - I will stay with this polish ANY day! Its a great dark and kinda muted purplish-pink (which made it great for the blog) and it went on so smoothly. The Radiant Cameron Hello Everyone! I hope everyone is having a great week, I know I feel good - I was poolside most of the weekend which is where I painted my nails for this weeks post! This week's color of the week is an amazing Julep Stardust Finish named Cameron.  I absolutely LOVE Julep's Stardust Finish polishes.  Just like the others I have used Cameron went on so great that I only needed One coat of color! This polish went on smooth and dried so fast! Happy Fourth of July Hi Everyone! I hope you all are getting ready to have a great Fourth of July weekend! I know I am! A cookout, visiting with family, and day of rest are what I have in store for myself this weekend.  To get ready for my nice weekend ahead, I painted my nails! (Surprise, surprise!) And here is the simple manicure that I did to help amp up my look for the fourth!  For the blue color Julep's Monaco, which turned out to be a great blue color to represent the blue we see for the fourth! The Radiant Ariana Hello Friends! This week's color of the week is another Julep Color that I am super excited to share with you! My friend Grace painted her nails using  Julep.com's   Ariana.  Ariana has a lovely description of being an "Enchanted berry iridescent chrome" nail polish. It's great purple color goes great with this year's theme of the Radiant Orchid!  I personally think my favorite part about this polish is its magnificent glittering shine!
